At 25 years old, I have already failed at marriage.

I have already failed at providing my children with a home that both parents live in.

For a very long time, those two sentences you have just read destroyed me. I would cry because I failed at the one thing I so desperately wanted to give my boys.

Here is a Secret: I Have Anxiety

I will never forget my first anxiety attack two years ago.

I was about to fall asleep when all of a sudden something took over me and I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I immediately got up from my bed and paced around my old apartment.

I walked into my living and began to cry because I was unsure of what was happening to me.

Coping Through a Separation

       As not many of you know, last year I went through a separation. Despite what social media has made everyone think, it has been a long and difficult road. I’ve struggled spiritually, physically and emotionally throughout this time.
